For visiting boats there is a small number of guest berths in the harbour. Outside of the Y-boom close to the mast crane and at the stone quay by the boat crane. There’s also guest berths available at red/green signs when Grötvik members are out sailing, most berths are Y-booms and a few have mooring lines.
The port depth is 2 meters but due to sand movements, the depth of the harbor entrance may vary. Pay attention to red/green markers and watch for any shallowing. The port offers shelter for all winds except easterly direction.

Service facilities include toilet, shower, washing machine, club house lounge with TV, kitchen and microwave, computer with internet, ramp, mast lift and fresh water. Bicycles are available for rent. A café is located in the harbour. Bus-stop with departures every half hour into Halmstad city is located about 800 m north of the harbour. A food store can be found in Söndrum about 3 km northeast and a local restaurant is located in Bäckagård about 2 km to the north. The 13 km walking trail “Prince Bertils stig” passes by the harbour, leading eastwards to Halmstad (8,5 km) and westwards to Tylösand (4,7 km).
At the entrance to the harbor, on the starboard side, there is a bathing pier with ladders. There are barbecue areas nearby for outdoor cooking on lovely summer evenings. Do visit!
